Is mediation cost effective?

Yes. Mediation is generally very cost effective. The cost of resolving your legal case will ultimately depend on how many people are involved and how complicated the case is. Starting the mediation process earlier, rather than later in the court process, can significantly help with keeping overall costs down. Preparing the case before mediation can also help keep the costs down. Talk to your lawyer about how to best use the mediation process in your case.
